A. The cost of commissioning a custom animation can vary depending on the complexity of the project. If you would like to receive a quote about how much your animation will cost, you can submit a request on our Custom Animations page.

A. If you're interested in a custom animation, the first step is to fill out a quote request on our Custom Animations page. Here, you can explain exactly what you're looking for and how you want it to look. Once you've submitted your request, our team will reach out to you using the contact information you provided. During this conversation, we'll go over any changes you may have made to the specific details of your animation since submitting your request and ask if you have any marketing materials, logos, fonts, or other elements you'd like to include in the animation. Depending on the complexity of your request, the quoted price may vary. If you don't have a specific date in mind for completion, we'll provide an estimated timeline for your animation to be finished.

A. The time it takes to complete a custom animation depends on its complexity and how often changes are made. When you request a quote, you can specify a completion date, but keep in mind that it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days or several weeks. If you don't have a specific completion date, the animator who contacts you will provide an estimated completion date.

A. If you have received a custom animation from us, you can request up to 10 revisions to incorporate the changes you desire. To do this, visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Select "Animation Changes and Suggestions Request" as the purpose of your message. In the message section of the form, describe the changes or suggestions you want to be made or added to the animation.

A. After the animation is finished, the file format you receive will depend on how you plan to use it. If you plan to use it for live streaming, you will receive custom animations in .webm, .avi, or .qtff (QuickTime) format. These file types support transparency when uploaded to streaming software. If you plan to use the animation for static or prerecorded content, such as YouTube videos, you will receive it in .mp4, .mov, .mkv, .webm, or .avi format.

A. Our animation service offers the option for customers to have their animation created in a language of their choice. Customers can indicate their language preference by filling out our quote request form or by discussing it with our staff when contacted for additional details.

A. Customers will to pay half of the quoted price before we begin work on the animation. Once we create a watermarked version of the animation, customers can view it in its entirety and suggest any changes they want before paying the remaining half. The final version of the animation will then be delivered without watermarks. If a customer decides to cancel the custom animation before it's completed and delivered, they will receive a full refund of the all payments regarding their commissioned custom animation.

A. Customers can provide feedback either by replying directly to the email our staff sends when they contact customers to deliver watermarked previews or by selecting "Feedback" in the purpose of message section of our Contact Us form.

The Company retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property associated with the created content unless explicitly stated otherwise. This does not include any client-provided files used in the creation of commissioned projects.


Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Company's copyrighted content is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, copying, selling, licensing, leasing, displaying, broadcasting, or adapting the content without prior written permission from GenesisMediaFX.


Clients who hire GenesisMediaFX for custom animation projects are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final rendered animation for personal and commercial purposes, as agreed upon in the project's scope and terms. However, this license does not transfer ownership or grant rights to the underlying source files, project files, or other proprietary assets used to create the animation unless explicitly stated in writing.


Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works based on the Company's copyrighted content without prior written consent. Any distribution, sale, or modification of the custom animation beyond the agreed-upon usage scope must be discussed and authorized through a separate licensing agreement.


In the event of a violation of these copyright terms, GenesisMediaFX reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and seek compensation for damages resulting from unauthorized usage or infringement.
